While setting up a marketing e-mail it shows that there's an option to send yourself a test. I've clicked on that a few times and the test never arrives. Any advice?
Sadly, it is just slow some days. They've never given me a reason for the delays but it happened twice during the busy holiday shopping time when there were probably tons of people using this tool.
I'll save you a terrible heartache here. You can't just sit at the screen and keep hitting the send button. If you log out and log back in a few minutes later, or using a different browser, i.e. chrome / internet explorer it usually fixes itself and it works right away. However most times you lose that campaign and have to start all over creating it. Yes it is a huge pain. I've called Square about it and only heard well it seems to be fine now which did frustrate me. But overall we're happy with Square so I try to keep calm.
