We are using Square Register and the Loyalty Program for a coffee shop. I have it set up for customers to receive a star for each drink purchase. 10 stars earns a free drink of their choice.
So far, so good. Now, though, when I select redeem reward for a customer who has earned 10 stars, I get an error message with a red exclamation point telling me no items are available for reward.
I've followed the setup instructions carefully but I'm not having any success. I would appreciate any pointers from the community. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with rewards. This issue sounds a bit strange. So long as you have a specific item listed for redemption, you should be able to proceed through the loyalty redemption process.
I checked in on this for you and I noticed one of our team members here is already in contact with you to figure out what might be happening.
Respond back to them as soon as possible and feel free to send over screenshots of what's happening as well.
They'll be able to get this resolved for you.
