How to print a detailed receipt from virtual terminal?

I want to use virtual terminal in my retail store as a backup to my POS on a few peak selling days.  Is there a way to print an itemized receipt so the customer has each item listed with the price?  The only receipt I can get to print is the charge ticket with the totals.

He @lchagan! Yes if you add an item to a Virtual Terminal payment the items should appear on the printed (and digital) copies of the receipt.

So just to confirm tp add an item to Virtual Terminal and then print a receipt:

1. Sign in to your Dashboard > navigate to Virtual Terminal.
2. Click on the Itemized Sale tab in the top right.
3. Add an item/multiple items to the sale and enter the card information > click Charge.

If this happens again can you reply here with the name of the item/items you added to a Virtual Terminal payment where the receipt didn't include the item details - along with the date of the charge - and I'll ask our CS team to investigate!
