How to make the fee add on instead of take away?

Hello,

we use a system that calculates the tax automatically and reports it to us but we use square solely for charging credit cards. But, the fee takes away from the tax that was built in to the custom product entered in each time. Is there a way to make the fee add into the total instead of taking away from the money going to us?

Thanks for your post and welcome to Seller Community, @shannonhefner. Just so I understand you correctly, your issue is that the transaction fee with every charge processed is a percentage of the total charge which includes an amount you added in for tax. Is that correct?

Yes, I was wondering how to charge them for the fee and not us.

Hmm... I think the only way you could do that is to adjust your item prices such that they account for the transaction fee.
