How to make search icon work?

I have the search icon on my site, but when anyone searches anything nothing comes up. Is it only for items? I'm new to this

Yes I believe the search feature on Square Online websites only searches the items available, not any text or content on your website. 

It’s a great feature request for it to work to search any and all content & text on the site!
