How to make my Appointments availability one day a month?

I set my hours but I only want to work one Saturday a month. How do I do that? TIA

Are you referring to appointments and booking?

If so from the Dashboard goto Appointments>Calendar>Online Booking and click on "edit availability" tab and there you will be able to change your availability to the Saturday of your choice.
