Square users , I am a hairstylist and I use square appointments app for all of my clients appoinments. Once I have a person scheduled in for multiple appointments for the entire year, how do I email or text them a list of them .
Hi @Amylambert thanks for posting! There are a few things you may be interested in to help with this. The first is appointment reminders.
You can automatically send your customers a text and/or email to confirm their appointment ahead of time. This will ease your day to day by reducing no shows and improving sales.
You will be able to easily view confirmed vs. unconfirmed appointments directly from your calendar. The check mark in the top left hand corner means your customer has confirmed the appointment. A question mark means they have not yet confirmed the appointment.
Set this up in the Square Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Communications.
The other option is having the customer use the Customer Account so they can view all of their appointments. The Customer Account streamlines the way your clients view and book appointments with your business. When your client books an appointment, we’ll save their information — so the next time they visit your online booking site, they can sign in to quickly book with you or your staff.
The Customer Account is also a great way for your client to manage their own calendar. They can view their past and upcoming appointments, as well as schedule a new one from your booking site.
They will create the Customer Account when booking your appointments! 🙂
Scheduling a year's worth of standing appointments. (Clients DO NOT book online.) Want to email this list without having clients login to anything.
