Is there a way to disable texts from customers? Due to staffing issues, we do not always have someone available to check for texts coming in from customers and respond to them. We'd like to continue to use the texting mechanism to text receipts to customers, but would like to prevent them from reaching out to us.
I'm not sure if that is possible, I can't say I've seen someone ask for the customer not to be able to contact them.
