When I take a payment on my Ipad for point of sale, for some reason it comes up as my employees name and not mine. How do I fix that?
If you have Employee logins enabled on your tablet, look for the line that says "Log Out XX" in the lower right of the screen. More than likely your employee is still logged in when you go to make a sale.
If you don't have logins enabled, you may need to enable then immediately disable them. Your employee's login information may have somehow gotten "stuck" in the software, defaulting everyone's orders to them.
