How do you clear the balance of the EGift Card if client does not have it ? I know the last 4 digits of the card used and I see them in my transactions. I can’t figure out how to do this.
Hey @Mandylynnalb18 - Since you don't have the 16 digit number of the eGift Card, you would need to clear it within your Dashboard using the steps below.

Followed the directions above and it only shows the Transactions / Gift Cards that have been cleared; not the Gift Cards with a balance, waiting to be reimbursed.
Hi @Chiot,
Check out the Gift Card Overview section of your dashboard to see cards that still have a balance. From there, you search for a gift card and clear the balance, too.
