If i have a customer on file how do i assign a charge to that person? If i click on Checkout first and choose a sale I can insert the customers card and they can put in their pin, but how do i link that sale to that customer? I used to do this and my customers have a record of their sales but now i cant work out what to do.
I think you will need to go into Customers first, then New Sale, then complete the sale in this fashion. It should record it in the customer's profile.
Do you know if there is a way to change the customer assigned to the sale?
You can remove the customer originally added to the sale, and add another @PAstore. Here's how:
1. Select the transaction you'd like to edit from your transactions tab.
2. Click on the three dots > Edit Customer.
3. Select > Remove Customer > Confirm Remove.
4. Click on the three dots again > Add Customer.
