How to add services (not items) to my site?

How to best list services (not items) on the webpage.

i find list items or add items but nowhere it says list or add services.

I've set up business website for my Florist.  When i click on preview/ ORDER NOW button, it's asking for a service in items library?

When  I use dashboard and click on Appointments/ Service Library/  it has me add service as an Item?

I'm a florist.  So how do I add a service after clicking on BOOK NOW tab?

Where did you move it?  I searched and this question had not been asked.

There's a difference between services Library and "Services" offered.

I am Floral designer.  I had Book Order button on my website.  When i clicked on it, nothing happened.  So i added service called Order Flowers but it makes an appointment.

I don't want that.  If people want to make an appointment, they would have to call me due to Covid-19.

Just to be clear - you don't want to offer a service, just to have them book appointments? What's your booking site?
