After a customer completes a transaction, I am only capable of pressing "View Calendar". This was not present a few weeks ago. Would this be a type of bug or is there a setting to resolve this issue?

I'm not sure exactly where you're at or which of our programs you're using specifically here so another seller might not be sure on how to respond here as well.
Can you give some more details as well as a screenshot perhaps?
