How long does offline mode work? Our internet has been down all day and we don’t know if it’ll be restored anytime soon.

you have 72 hours from the time of the transaction before it expires.

if it is a problem just connect to your phone hotspot to get old offline transaction connected.  Square uses a tiny tiny amount of data if you are worried about it.
