Have you verified the new bank account through Square yet?  If not, they can't start depositing to the new account until you do.  But don't worry - if the old account is closed and not accepting deposits, Square will hold your funds until your new account is verified.  If the new account is verified, and no deposits are getting put there, then you will definitely need to contact Square's support staff ASAP.

Yes, still waiting for verification on new account,, old account still says active.  I can not change email address
