How does my employee get set up to use the Square Team app?

My employee keeps being prompted to log in to the Square Team app but she has never created a password, I can't create a password for her, and when she clicks the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen, no email is ever sent to her. How is she supposed to use the app?

Hi @ashc -

 

We already did all of those things. She's been on staff with me for 3 or 4 weeks now. Payroll is functioning without any problems. She just can't get the Square Team app to work for her. She has never been able to get herself set up. I have sent her the invitation to create an account multiple times, but she never receives the email. Her address is entered correctly and she's checked and re-checked her spam folder. The app keeps auto-populating her email address and telling her to log in to see her account information, so she tried hitting "Forgot Password" but again, no email every appears.

@artandfiber Have you tried calling our Support Team and speaking with Payroll directly?

 

They can look into things on the backend with you to make sure she's set up correctly and to see if the emails are being sent through.
