I am pretty sure I have my items set up correctly, but my inventory is not tracking correctly. How long does it take for inventory to be adjusted after a sale? Does the type of transaction (POS or Invoice) affect whether or not inventory is adjusted at the time of sale? Thank you in advance!
Hey @traciem, your inventory should adjust automatically when you sell an item in Point of Sale or an Invoice.
Was the inventory not adjusting for one item or multiple items?
I'll keep my eyes peeled for your reply.
It's not adjusting for any kind of sale... I'm wondering if I'm supposed to have some kind of "upgraded" account?
Forgot to say it doesn't adjust no matter how many line items I enter...
