Does anyone know what to do if my bank account information was not changed prior to my square capital loan being deposited?
Hi there, @Kdawson35 👋 Welcome here to the Seller Community! We are happy to have you.
Just to clarify your question a bit, did you intend to have your Capital Loan deposited into a separate bank account than what your normal deposit transfers are sent to?
There should be no issue - from a Square standpoint - with having your loan deposited via your normal bank account.
Feel free to shoot me a reply! I want to make sure your question gets answered.

I had forgot to put my new bank account information in and it stated that the money had been deposited but I didn't know how bc the account I have on file is closed.
@Kdawson35 If your bank account is closed, it should bounce back to us within 5-7 business days to your Square balance unless it's re-routed by the same bank to your new account.
I never changed my bank account information...but noticed a few days ago that my deposits weren't showing up in my account. I saw i had an email from Square that I didn't have an account connected to my Square account. I resubmitted my information & I'm still looking for almost $1,170
