How do you delete an entire customer directory at once?

How do you delete an entire customer directory at once? I have been able to do it many times today but for some reason now it wont let me anymore. Its making me go into each customer file and delete one at a time. I have WAY too many to do that.

Also just going to say that this is the absolute WORST system to import a customer list. Ive literally been trying for days with no success. And customer service takes FOREVER to respond and has the most inconvient hours of operation. Really wondering if using Square Appointments is even worth it.

Hi @DanetteLorch, sorry for the frustration the Customer Directory has caused this week! Are you still having issues deleting profiles? You should be able to do this from the Customers section of your Dashboard by checking the box to the left of each name and then click Delete at the top of the screen (the red Delete button will appear after you've clicked the box). The Directory team was working on improving this functionality so you might not have seen the option recently.

However, if you're still having issues with the Dashboard these troubleshooting steps should help. You might need to update your browser, or switch to a different browser like Chrome.
