How do most of you upload large orders into Square? Its so tedious

Is so tedious and it takes up hours and hours of much needed time!!!. We sell clothes so we need variations for sizing and colors.

Purchase orders for Square for Retail.  

Is there a way to print labels by Vendor names?  Or is PO and category the only way?  It would be fabulous if I could print them by Vendor name
