Hey everyone. Every instruction I've found online says to go to setting>email collection>turn in the app. Our Square register does not have that option. Anyone else dealing with this or have a solution?
Hey @pacocares. Is your Square Register on the actual Square Register hardware, or on an iPad? You can turn on email collection in your Register device settings, but there is currently a disclaimer that says that this only works on iPads. See screen shot below.
If you have an iPad with the Register app, go to Devices, then POS devices. Tap on the ellipses “…” for the device you want, scroll down to the setting for “Show Email Collection Screen” and toggle it on. Save it and that should be that.
If you don’t use iPad Register, I don’t think you can do this currently.
