All I get is bot replies from Weebly support via email. there is no meaningful point of contact.
How?
Is your domain registered with Weebly or through a third part like GoDaddy or 123-Reg?
what you need to do is get a webhost company like mine then you can transfer out or change the nameservers to the new server but its easy to transfer
