When a customer books an appointment, their confirmation under 'Where' does not show the address. Instead it says "We'll call you at" and my phone number. How do I change this?

Are you talking about an email or text confirmation?
If it's email - you can change that on the Appointments tab under your Dashboard > Settings >Communitcation.
