This is the 2nd day I have been trying to get help. I bought a new phone in order to use my reader. I downloaded the app on phone and am getting error message. It will not accept my email address stating it is already in use. I would delete my app on the old phone but need the Square tomorrow. Chip reader does not work on old phone. It doesn't fit right and have to hold reader tight and manually enter card information. How do I get new app to accept my email address, as I do not want a new e-mail account.
I am frustrated as I have been trying to get help for 2days. I am not a computer geek and also, find your site hard to navigate. About ready to send you readers and go back to manual payments.
It sounds like you are trying to sign up for a new account in the app rather than sign into an existing account. make sure you are clicking the Sign in button below the Get Started button. the get started button is for signing up for a new account.
