On my cell phone, I've signed into my business account on Square via the app. This business account was first created on my computer with my email address & p/w. On the Square app on my cell, I created products & pricing so I could take payments for sales done at flea markets. I've had sales & payments done this way since the account was created. I can see all the activity from the app on my cell but when I login to Square on my computer, there are no transactions, activity, etc.
Am I missing something? Aka, what did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
Make sure when you are logged in on the app on your cell phone and on your computer you are using the same email and password to login. When you are logged in on your computer go here : https://squareup.com/dashboard/point-of-sale/devices This is a link to your devices connected with your account. Also check that Items have the same Items listed as you created on your cell phone. This will verify they are on the same account.
If this looks good make sure in your Transactions on your computer you have it to view all transactions for all devices at all locations, you could have it set to only a location that is not your cell phone. https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions

Yes, I am logged into my acct on both cell & pc with the same email addr & p/w.
When I click on the first link you sent, it tries to go there but it ends up on the dashboard. And the dashboard has a dropdown with the 2 locations I've got.
On the 2nd link you sent, there isn't a selection for Devices. Since I have 2 locations, that selection does have All Locations.
I do not have Items setup on the pc, only on the cell app. It took me quite awhile to get them setup on the cell. I can do that on the pc but I would be very concerned getting it done correctly as there are a number of variations. Now I'm wondering if I can download what I did on my cell and then import it into my pc. That would be awesome!
You didn't quite say this but is my cell number supposed to be a "Location"? If so, it isn't and this could be the problem!

If your cell phone is connected to the correct account, you should have all your items on your dashboard that you entered on your cell phone. This may take a few minutes to update. On the Devices page I have listed Ipad 1, Ipad 2 and Keiths Cell; not a phone number but I think I named them when I added a device to my Square account. The links I sent to you before should have taken you to different locations in your Square dashboard which sounds like it did. Now to setup a Device follow this link which will be a guide from Square as to setup a Device with Square.
If you did not setup your device, that could be possibly why its not showing up, but after doing so hopefully all your items will be accessible through your computer .... no upload required.
