H. I just set up inventory numbers for several items in my shop. How can I pull a report at the end of every day / month to track inventory levels? I read all of the articles online and I cannot figure it out.
In your dashboard go to items. Click the all Inventroy box and you can select to see Low stock or out of stock. Note that low stock setting have to be applied for it to work. You can also just export your inventory and work with it as a spreadsheet.

I can’t figure out how to generate my Inventory report? Help!
@MaryMoose At this time there isn't a single 'Inventory' report per se but there are a few different ways to check your current Inventory levels from your online Square Dashboard.
You can view an item's inventory history from your Item Library.
You can view which items are at low stock or out of stock as explained in this Best Answer from @RHatch. (I've merged your post into this thread so you can see these steps.)
Alternatively, you can export your Item Library into a spreadsheet to check your current stock levels.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please let me know.
Is there a way to create a loss/damage/theft status report for the year?
Hey @Thecollective -
Looks like another Seller asked a similar question. Check out this thread - @Helen's post should help you out!
I have entered my inventory into terminal so it can be tracked. I would like to print or view an inventory summary of total inventory. I'm only able to view it under each item when I press each item. Am I able to print or view all inventory?
