How do I print paychecks a day or two ahead with the correct pay date?

Hey there, @ShoreCatering - 

Thank you for posting in the Community! 

Unfortunately, the date the checks are generated is what will show on the checks. 

Adding a future date would be a Feature Request for our Payroll Product Team. I would be happy to tag it for them.
