How do I not charge sales tax on service but on retail in the same transaction?

When a haircut client buys product I can only charge sakes tax on the product, not the service. Do i have to charge two separate transactions? Or do I have to input all my service prices into the market?

when you set up your items you set each individual item to be taxable or not.
