How do I manage my employees schedules?

I am using square appointments for books at my spa. I just signed up and am on the free trail. I have a few employees that are dual licensed and will be performing different services on different days.

 

Example:
Dani
Monday's Massage appointments only
Tuesday's Nail appointments only
Wednesday's Aesthetic appointments only
Thursday's Massage appointments only

 

This is due to availability in spa rooms. I have an online booking option and on website and I want to make sure clients are booking appropriately. Can you please assist?

 

Also is there a way to do an every other schedule too? Like if someone wants to work every other Thursday.

Hi @Dani-lulamaespa, welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up!

 

While you can schedule employee availability from the Staff tab, the option to add an additional layer to designate by service and day is not currently available. I can certainly see how having this option built in would streamline scheduling for you and I'll be sharing your setup with our Product Liaison team.

 

For the time being, you may have to manage the service and day restrictions manually. If any other sellers have any insight to share, please feel free to chime in! 📣

We will work around it for now but it won't be as "clean" as I would like. This is a SUPER common situation in the Salon and Spa industry and I would love too see this option added. Please let me know if there is anything else on my end that could help this along.
