How do I make a copy of my monthly sales from my Square account or download it?

I’m trying to show my monthly sales in PDF form so that I can get a vehicle loan they won’t accept a picture of my activity from square they want to download or PDF of my monthly sales. What do I do?

there isn't a pdf.  You can download a version you can view in Excel.
