How do I look gift cards by last 4 numbers of gift card

I have the last 4 numbers of the gift card and I want to be able to look up the gift card with just the last four numbers when I go to the dashboard and go to gift cards and enter the pan suffix number it says there are no items found it does this for multiple gift cards that I know are in there. 
I do have the option to scroll through all the gift cards listed and click on them but I want to look up from just the four digits and the help section said this is possible without having to export

Just to make sure I am interpreting your question correctly, are you looking to get information on how much is left on the gift card you are looking for? Or rather, are you simply trying to find the transactions where that PAN was used?

I think my gift card look up section is not working properly because if I enter the pan the last four numbers it says no cards can be found but if I scroll down by date I can find the actual numbers but that’s not what I’m looking for is too tedious to look up eight months ago
