How do I get the entire keypad to show

When trying to enter a credit card manually the keypad does not all show so I can’t enter all the numbers. Is there a way to adjust this?

Perhaps providing a bit more info would be helpful - for example, what's your POS setup - iPad with stand, tablet, register, etc., providing your hardware setup may offer some clues as to what is going on and hopefully someone here may be able to help.
