I just set up my online store so sales can be completed online. It works as expected but
how do I get tickets to print at my printer station when online orders are placed?
I tried following the directions found here but do not find Remote Orders in my navigation menu when I follow these steps?
To enable automatic printing for pickup orders:
Is there a workaround for this or another way to get Remote Order added so printing can begin?

Thank you for reaching out! I have a tip from another seller that worked when they had a similar issue.
In the same area where the Alerts Settings are, you should see another menu that says Orders. It should say something like "always print remote orders". Turn that on for the Online Store tickets to auto print for you.
Please let me know if this doesn't do the trick, so we get to the bottom of this for you.
