I have a unique question that I need answered. I have been on the phone all morning and the folks can't understand me and I can not understand them. When I ask to be transferred they just laugh. I'm usually pretty good at getting thru accents but this is pathetic.
How do I get an English speaker in the US that isn't reading from a script?

I'm not really sure that there is an option, and you would get whichever employee was next in queue. It can certainly be tough with accents, but have you tried to email support your question?
@Cs641 You are welcome to ask your question here also. Account specific questions may be tricky, but if you can ask it in a non-specific or hypothetical way, maybe someone here can give you some insight. E-mail is definitely a good option also, just not super fast.
