We had a no show on a holiday weekend. The reservation was taken with all information but the code on the back. Is there a way to still charge the fee?

There isn't a way to manually take a payment without the code on the back as it's required for security purposes.
You would need to get that from your clients/customers when taking down the card information for reservations so you would be able to charge this fee in this event.
