You can resend a receipt to your customer right from your Square Register App or Dashboard. From the app select Activity, locate and tap the payment, then select Issue Receipt.
In addition to re-issuing a receipt you can also select the email receipt option when you're closing the receipt. There is a send text, email receipt, or print receipt option. We are actually a brick and mortar vs. online store and our customers like the option of sending via email.
