Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
Are these for orders made in your Online Store? If so, you can edit the store emails that your customers receive from Settings > Store Emails within the Online Store section of the Dashboard.
If you're referring to your regular receipts that your customers receive after purchases, the information can be edited under Account and Settings > Receipts.
