Hi, when someone schedules online they get an automated message and says thank you for scheduling an appointment and then the date and time and that’s it. Can I change this to where I can put in a different message and add the address etc.

You can change the email messages by going to Appointments>Settings>Communication and scrolling down to he Email Notification Customization section. I don't believe you can change or customize the text message that the customer receives at this time.
