How do I edit my Online Store orders to match my business hours?

How do I set my online store hours the same as actual business hours, ie currently my end of day is set to 9pm in location settings, however orders placed after 8 pm show next day pickup. I also don’t want to allow orders to be placed on days we are closed.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

Happy to provide a bit more insight on this.

Regarding Pickup or Delivery HOURS + Order Prep Timeif your location has a default 15 minute Order Prep Time and your hours end at 9pm, any order placed after 8:41 (we round up — so 8:41pm order is the same as a 8:45pm order) would be ready at 9pm. But if your store is not open 9pm, it would push the order to the next day. Normally, any order placed prior to 8:41pm would NOT be pushed to the next day, and instead will have an “available for pickup” time 15 minutes after the order time. 

 

NOTE that items can have their own unique Order Prep Time, and this will override the location-level setting. So, if they’re using item-level Prep Times and one item has a 1 hour prep time, I’d expect that item to push to the next day if purchased at 7:56pm or later.
