Hi @JBR

You can remove the Comp by tapping on the current sale and selecting the item that the comp was added to. 

You're not able to remove a Void item, you'd simply add an additional item to the sale itself since a Void essentially removes that item due to a mistake or an error during the order process.

Once the transaction is completed, you are unable to delete it.
