How do I create an itemized report on all appointments an individual employee had in a pay period?

I'm currently using the Appointments app and am signed up for the Team Manaement too. I have been messing with all the report settings in the dashboard but can't seem to figure out how to get a report for each individual employee that itemizes every appointment/transaction they had within a chosen timeframe (AND can export to CSV).

I've seen the reports where it itemizes by service group (ie 60-minute massage, 30-minute massage)... but that's not enough... I need it to show each appointment and the payment/tip received within that transaction. Is this possible? Such as:

4/1/21 John Doe, 90-minute massage... service cost $100, tip $20, total $120

4/2/21 Jane Doe, 60-minute massage... service cost $70, tip $0, total $70

Are you using a free or paid version of Team Management?

If you upgrade to Team Management Plus, you will have access to a report for the sales by each employee.
