How do I create an invoice if a customer does not want to provide an email address?

I have customers that I want to create an invoice for to be delivered manually but they do not want to provide an email address. Is there a way to skip this step?

You could enter your own, or create a dummy address at your own domain like [email protected], or make one at Gmail for free. But since invoices is an email based invoicing system you will have to provide an email address.
