Questions: How do I create a user id and password for my accountant to access information that only an accountant would need, such as monthly transaction statements and totals? I don't want him to be and administrative user but only access accounting information.
Also, how do I find my customer code?

Welcome to the Community, @BeautyLane - thanks for posting.
You can use Employee Management to give your accountant access to that information. When you set up the permission roles for them, you can toggle 'Dashboard Access' and select the areas of your reporting you'd like for them to be able to access.
Check out Sean's post on how to locate your Customer Code. Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
