I have discovered that the phone number associated with my account is incorrect. What must I do to correct it?

There are two separate places where a phone number can be associated with your Square account.
The first is in your general business information. This number is what appears for your customers on your digital receipt. You can edit this number by accessing Account & Settings > Business > Receipt > Receipt Information.
You can also edit the phone number that is associated with your Two-Step Verification security within the Online Dashboard, as well. To edit this number, go to Account & Settings > Personal Information > Two Step Verification. Remember that changing this number is considered a high-risk action, and will require you to receive a verification email to be able to make the change.

Hello! How can I eliminate my phone number from the receipt? I have an online business and do not wish to be contacted by customers on the phone
@StrategyCareers You can do this under Account & Settings > Receipt on the Square Dashboard. Scroll down until you see "Contact." Click "Edit Details" and remove your phone number from there. 🙂
