How do I cancel an order before it shipped from Square.

I thought something was wrong with my stand until I read that I needed to update the latest version of Apple software. It fixed my problem that I had already ordered a square stand. I don’t need the stand and they haven’t mailed it yet. How do I cancel?

I did contact them several hours after I placed the order because the software upgrade solved my problem, but they wouldn't cancel it.  It hadn't even shipped yet.  Not good customer service!

While we don't have visibility into your exact order, there's usually a small window where you would be able to cancel it if you get in contact with us directly. 

 

However, we're not able to cancel an order once it gets processed and sent to our fulfillment center, even if it hasn't physically shipped yet.

 

That doesn't mean you have to keep it! Once you receive the hardware, go through our Return Process and we'll refund you 👍🏼
