How do I cancel a transaction?

I charge 18 dollars stead 9 and I need to cancel that transaction how I do that? Thanks

yes, as Puka says, refunding is your best option.  canceling or fully refunding will get them their money back but leave you no way to get back the half you want unless the customer comes back in with the credit card.  so when you overcharge it is always best to do a partial refund.
