I am using Square Appointments for customers to order my custom cheese & charcuterie boards, but I need them to provide their delivery address. I cannot figure out how to either edit an existing field or create a new field for them to add this info. Thanks!

Welcome to the Community!
There is a feature under settings you can change, so you can collect the customer's address when they book.
On your Dashboard go to Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking. Under Appointment Preferences. Pick the one of the options that includes "customer location".
