How do I add shipping to an invoice without tax being calculated on the shipping cost as well?

There isn't a way to have it automatically applied to your Invoice, but you can create a variably priced item called "shipping" that can be added to the sale.

Additionally, you can then click the drop-down arrow to the left of the item, and remove any taxes that you've created. Hope that helps!
