I am having trouble matching the charges to correct customers. I am not able to see any identifiable information on my deposit reports. I want to at least be able to put my customers name in a note section so i can refer to it later. Any help?
After you've entered the custom amount, tap on the Custom Amount item on the right side of the screen--on the "tape" side where it lists all charges on the ticket. It'll pop up a window where you can enter notes that will show on your transaction reports.
