I had an old cash account on my old phone and I went to sign in on my new phone and it would not let me. It made me make a new account. I figured if I added my old phone number to my new account it would allow me to access my old account. However, I do not have access to my old phone number to receive a code and I can't get ahold of customer support by phone because it will not allow me. I've waited over a week for a response by email and I have $250 pending on my old account that I need access to. Can anyone help?
